Delivery

Areas we deliver to

We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery to European Union countries is available on request (costs vary by destination).

Orders placed before 14:00 (working days) are shipped the same day. After that, shipping happens the next working day.

• Switzerland — free from 40 CHF spent
• Switzerland — Standard A: 6.90 CHF (below 40 CHF)
• Switzerland — Priority: 8.50 CHF
• European Union: from 14.90 CHF (calculated at checkout based on weight)

All our parcels are shipped in neutral packaging:

• No mention of the contents on the outside
• Generic sender (without the name "easycondom")
• Box or padded envelope depending on volume
• Total discretion all the way to your mailbox

Nobody — not even your neighbour or postal carrier — will know what's inside.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the La Poste tracking number. You can follow the delivery in real time on the Swiss Post website.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Withdrawal period

In line with Swiss online retail practices, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal.

How to return a product

1. Contact us by email at contact@easycondom.ch, stating your order number and the product concerned
2. We'll send you the return address
3. Send the product back in its original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition
4. Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed

Non-returnable products

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following products cannot be returned once unsealed or opened:

• Opened condoms (the pack's outer packaging may remain sealed)
• Opened or used lubricants
• Opened intimate hygiene products
• Unsealed health tests
• Unwrapped menstrual cups
• Lit massage candles

Products that are unsealed and in perfect condition remain returnable within the 14-day period.

Return shipping costs

Except in case of an error on our part (defective item, wrong product sent), return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Refund

The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days after the returned product is received and checked, using the payment method used for the purchase.

Defective product or error

If you receive a defective, expired or incorrect product, contact us immediately at contact@easycondom.ch with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the exchange or full refund, return shipping included.
