Placing an Order
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available: email + delivery address + payment, that's all. You can create an account afterwards if you want to track your orders later.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If the order hasn't been shipped yet (usually within 2-4 hours of purchase), email info@easycondom.ch with your order number. Once it's shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then use the 14-day return policy.
Is there a minimum or maximum quantity per order?
No minimum. For really large orders (more than 50 units of the same product), we can give you a quote with a sliding scale discount — just drop us a line.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, digital gift cards (10 / 25 / 50 / 100 CHF) that we send by email. See gift cards.
Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
In Switzerland: 24-48 working hours via Swiss Post (PRIORITY). Ordered before 2 PM on a working day, shipped the same day. For the EU (FR, DE, IT, AT, BE, NL, ES): 3-5 working days.
How much is shipping?
4.90 CHF everywhere in Switzerland, or free for purchases over 40 CHF. For the EU, 12 EUR or free for purchases over 80 EUR. See details.
Is Priority delivery available?
Yes, Post.ch Priority +3 CHF for guaranteed 24-hour delivery. Selectable at checkout.
Can I have it delivered to a PO box or collection point?
Yes, just enter the PO box or PickPost address in the address field at checkout. Swiss Post will notify you when the parcel arrives.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it's shipped. Otherwise, go to our tracking page with your order number.
My parcel hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If it's been more than 5 working days without delivery in Switzerland (10 days for the EU), email us with your order number. We'll open a claim with Post.ch and resend a parcel if necessary.
Returns and Refunds
Do I have 14 days to change my mind?
Yes, 14 days after receipt, as per Swiss law. The product must be sealed / unopened. Start a return.
Can I return a product if I've opened the packaging?
For hygiene reasons (condoms, lubricants, intimate hygiene, STI tests, etc.), no — the packaging must be intact. If the product is faulty or incorrect, we'll exchange or refund it exceptionally — just drop us a line.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a standard 14-day return: it's at your expense (~5 CHF via Swiss Post). For a faulty product or an error on our part: we'll cover everything.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once the return is received and validated, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank might add 1-3 days depending on your issuer.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
TWINT (Switzerland), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, PostFinance Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Everything is secured with SSL + 3D Secure.
Do you offer instalment payments?
Not at the moment. As our average basket size is under 50 CHF, we haven't found it adds much value. If you're interested, let us know, and we'll look into it.
Is my credit card data secure?
Yes. We never have access to your card number — Shopify Payments + Stripe handle everything with PCI-DSS Level 1. 3D Secure authentication for EU cards.
Can I get an invoice / receipt?
Yes, the confirmation email contains a detailed summary. For a formal PDF invoice (useful for business accounting), email us with your order number.
Is Swiss VAT included?
Yes, all displayed prices include 8.1% Swiss VAT. No surprises at checkout.
Discretion
Is the parcel really discreet?
Yes, 100%. Neutral box or envelope, no mention of "easycondom", no external logo. The shipping label shows "In a Box Sàrl" as the sender — totally neutral.
What will appear on my bank statement?
"EASYCONDOM" or "IN A BOX SARL" depending on your bank. No description of the contents.
Will the confirmation email be visible if someone checks my inbox?
The email subject is "Confirmation order #1234 — easycondom.ch". The sender's name may appear in the email list. If you want maximum discretion, use a dedicated email address.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Swiss Post will attempt delivery once, then leave it at the post office/PickPost. You'll receive a collection notice. You can also request "leave with neighbour" at checkout — but for discretion, we recommend PickPost.
Condom Size
How do I find my correct size?
Our "Find Your Size" tool will calculate it for you in 30 seconds. You measure the circumference halfway up when erect, the tool gives you the nominal width and shows you the corresponding models.
I'm between two sizes, which one should I choose?
Always the larger of the two. Too loose is still more comfortable than too tight. If you're really unsure, grab a My Size or Mister Size assortment pack.
Do you have very large condoms (XL, XXL)?
Yes, up to 69 mm nominal width (My Size 69 / Mister Size 69 / Trojan Magnum / Durex XXL). If even 69 mm is a bit snug, email us, and we'll look for 70+ mm on order.
Product Compatibility
What lubricant should I use with a latex condom?
Water-based or silicone lubricant. Absolutely avoid oils (coconut oil, Vaseline, lotion) which degrade latex in minutes. Our complete guide.
My silicone sex toy, what lubricant?
Water-based only. Silicone-on-silicone degrades. Look for "sex toy compatible" lubricants in our descriptions.
I'm allergic to latex, what condoms should I use?

What are the benefits of an easycondom account?
Track your orders, 1-click re-purchase, saved addresses, referral code, history. Not mandatory, but useful if you order regularly.
I've forgotten my password.
Login page → "Forgotten password". You'll receive an email with a secure link to reset it.
I want to delete my account / my data.
In compliance with nLPD: email info@easycondom.ch with your account email. We'll delete it within 30 days (except for legal accounting retention obligations of 10 years, in pseudonymised mode).
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Immediate effect. You can also manage your preferences from your account.
