We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery to EU countries is available on request (costs vary by destination).

Orders placed before 2 PM (working days) are dispatched the same day. After that, dispatch happens on the next working day.
Delivery costs
- Switzerland — free for purchases over 40 CHF
- Switzerland — Standard A: 6.90 CHF (for purchases under 40 CHF)
- Switzerland — Priority: 8.50 CHF
- European Union: from 14.90 CHF (calculated at checkout based on weight)
100% discreet packaging
All our parcels are sent in neutral packaging:
- No mention of contents on the outside
- Generic sender (without the name "easycondom")
- Cardboard box or padded envelope depending on volume
- Total discretion right to your letterbox
Nobody — not even your neighbour or postman — will know what's inside.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your La Poste tracking number. You can track your delivery in real-time on the Swiss Post website.
Returns and withdrawal
Withdrawal period
In line with Swiss e-commerce practices, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal.
How to return a product
- Contact us by email at info@easycondom.ch, stating your order number and the product concerned
- We'll provide you with the return address
- Send the product back in its original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition
- Keep proof of postage until refund confirmation
Non-returnable products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following products cannot be returned once unsealed or opened:
- Opened condoms (the outer packaging of the pack can remain sealed)
- Opened or used lubricants
- Opened intimate hygiene products
- Unsealed health tests
- Unpacked menstrual cups
- Lit massage candles
Products that are unsealed and in perfect condition can still be returned within the 14-day period.
Return costs
Unless it's our mistake (defective item, wrong product sent), return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refund
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product, using the payment method used for the purchase.
Defective product or error
If you receive a defective, expired, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@easycondom.ch with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the exchange or full refund, including return costs.
