How many people can I refer?
No limit! As long as your referred friend is a new customer (never ordered from easycondom.ch before), it counts.
When do I receive my credit?
As soon as your referred friend's order is confirmed and outside the 14-day return period. Usually within 3 weeks after the click.
Does the credit expire?
Your referral credits are valid for 12 months after receipt. Use them on any easycondom.ch order.
Can I combine it with other promo codes?
Currently, referral credit cannot be combined with other codes (e.g., 10% welcome, flash sales). It's used on its own, like a gift voucher.
What if my referred friend cancels their order?
Credit is only earned for completed orders (excluding returns). If an order is cancelled or returned, the credit isn't awarded – it's only fair, we don't charge anyone twice.
What about kisskiss.ch?
The easycondom referral programme is currently only valid on easycondom.ch. kisskiss.ch has its own independent programme.
